We are always happy to supply a pdf proof of any of our customised products and to amend it until you are happy to go ahead with the design.
You have a few options:
- If you would like to order online - choose the stamp you would like on the website and fill in the details in the design panel, adding any relevant notes to help us understand what is required. Add the product to your basket and select request a proof, you now have two options:
- You can checkout and pay for your personalised item, we will go ahead with preparing the proof and email this over to you on the email address you have provided. We will not proceed with your order until you are happy with the design.
- You can checkout, but choose to pay by phone. This will allow us to see your order and then begin to prepare your proof, we will email the proof over once complete and also advise the methods of payment we offer to complete your order - the payment can be made once you are 100% happy with the proof.
- If you would prefer to order directly with Customer Services, simply fill in the Contact Us form with the details you require on the stamp and an idea of the size and we will email over the proof and quote when ready, again we are happy to make changes until you are completely happy with the design.
The email quotation will include payment details. Once you have your proof you could even upload it to the product page and continue to order and checkout online confident that you will get the design you have approved.
