- Do I need to create an account or register to order from Custom Stamps Online?
No, you can checkout as a Guest. If you do create an account you will be able to view previous orders and it could make reordering easier.
- Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all the prices on Custom Stamps Online are inclusive of VAT. Our VAT number is: 202 4703 57
- Will I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes, your VAT invoice will be sent with your order. Do contact us with any queries.
- What’s the difference between Rubber, Self-inking and Pre-inked Stamps?
Please visit our blog (the different types of stamps) to find the differences to help you choose the best stamp for your needs.
- Can I replace the rubber text on my stamp?
Yes we can supply the rubber part (die only) for your self- inking stamp) This is not available on the website. Please contact us for a quote, we will need to know which model of stamp it is for and what you would like on the rubber die.
- How do I replace the rubber die on my Self-Inking Stamp?

- Which fonts can be used to design my stamp?
We offer a number of standard fonts in the product page customisation panel, if you would prefer to have a different font, please let us know by contacting us. We have a multitude of fonts available, if we don’t have what you want we will use the closest.
- What are the Delivery Options?

- Can I see a proof/preview before I order?
Yes – you can either start the process online, go through checkout, selecting ‘request a proof’ and then opt to pay by phone. This way we can see your order.
